Complaints and Suggestions
Complaints and Suggestions
In application of the quality programs provided for in Royal Decree 951/2005 of July 29, which establishes the general framework for improving quality in the General State Administration, as well as the regulations on electronic communication between Public Administrations and citizens, citizens may submit their complaints and suggestions through the Electronic Register, addressing them to INAEM’s central services, or to any of its Production Units or Artistic Centres.
To do so, it will be necessary to have an electronic certificate recognized by the @firma electronic signature and validation platform: electronic ID card, certificates issued by the Spanish Royal Mint, and others.
The official date and time of submission of the application is the date and time recorded when the electronic signature is completed, that is, when the “Sign and Send” button is clicked.
To submit a complaint or suggestion on your own behalf, or on behalf of another individual, you must use a digital certificate issued to an individual. To submit a complaint or suggestion on behalf of a legal entity, you may use a digital certificate issued to the individual representative, or a digital certificate issued to the legal entity stating the identity of the representative and of the entity represented.
Complaints and suggestions may also be submitted at any public register, by post addressed to INAEM’s central services — Plaza del Rey, 1, 28004 Madrid — at any of its Units, in person, or by email at: quejasysugerencias@inaem.cultura.gob.es
In order to be processed, they must be formalized using the standard form available at the offices of the services mentioned above and on this same page, where it can be downloaded.
Complaints and suggestions do not constitute an administrative appeal, nor does their submission interrupt the time limits for filing appeals established under current regulations. Therefore, under no circumstances shall they imply the waiver by citizens of the exercise of any other rights or actions.
